It turned out well, but it wasn't what I was initially planning for. I went with sushi--the chef special roll (shrimp tempura, spicy tuna), shrimp shumai, and spicy tofu soup.<BR/>The chef special was delicious, as always, they torch the top of the roll with some kind of glaze to make it extra crunchy and good. The shumai were just how I like them--really tender and moist (ha). And the tofu soup was something I've been wanting to try for a while. The heat was good, the vegetables and tofu were good, but it was SO greasy. The grease was just pooling at the top of the soup, and my white spoon was instantly orange as soon as I dipped it in the broth. But all in all, a very good meal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
